Added 7 community service programs, 5 paid internships, and 6 scholarships across Horry, Georgetown, and Charleston counties — including SC Aquarium volunteer programs, Ripken Baseball internships in Myrtle Beach, the Meeting Street Scholarship (up to $10,000/year for Charleston County), and the Tidelands Health Skipper Scholarship ($1,000 for health-career seniors).

On each student's college list, there's now a color-coded bar chart showing how many schools are Reach, Target, or Safety — and where each application stands (Planning, Applied, Accepted, etc.). Makes it easy to spot at a glance if a student's college list is balanced.

The Needs Attention page now shows how many total students are in the system vs. how many are flagged (e.g. '14 of 52 students flagged'). Each flagged student also has a one-click email button so counselors can follow up immediately without opening the full profile.

Every page now shows a proper title in your browser tab — 'Students', 'Dashboard', 'Needs Attention', etc. — so you can tell which tab is which when you have multiple open.

Rory (the AI assistant in the bottom-right corner) can now answer questions like 'Which students haven't been active in 3 weeks?' or 'Show me the snapshot for Jordan Smith.' It pulls live data instead of guessing.

Added a large batch of verified community service, internship, and scholarship opportunities specific to Horry, Georgetown, and Charleston county students — including Tidelands Health Scholars, Georgetown County Fire/EMS Junior Firefighter, MUSC programs, and 20+ new scholarships.

A new admin-only page that automatically flags students who might need a check-in. It looks at two things: (1) how long since the last email or note, and (2) how far along their checklist is. Students are sorted High, Medium, or Low urgency — so counselors know who to prioritize first.

The students table now shows each student's checklist completion percentage and their last activity date right in the list view — so counselors can spot who's behind without having to open each profile.

Each item on a student's college checklist now has an 'Add note' button. Counselors can jot down context directly on the checklist item — like 'Waiting on teacher for rec letter' or 'Submitted Nov 1' — so nothing gets lost.

Every update made to a student's checklist or college list is now saved with a timestamp and who made the change. Counselors can click 'History' on a student's profile to see the full log and even undo a change if needed.

The college list now shows a balance check — whether a student's Reach/Target/Safety mix looks healthy or is lopsided. It also marks when AI suggestions are used so counselors always know where a recommendation came from.

Each student profile now has a 'Pre-Meeting Brief' button that generates a quick AI summary of the student — recent activity, checklist status, college list health, and key talking points — so counselors can prepare for sessions in seconds instead of reviewing everything manually.

The tab bar (Overview, Emails, Notes, Checklist, College List, etc.) on student profiles now stays fixed at the top as you scroll. Also shows when the daily snapshot was last refreshed so you know how current the data is.

Admins can now trigger a batch snapshot refresh for all students directly from the Settings page — with a progress indicator showing how many are done. Previously this required running a script manually.

Each student profile now has an Overview tab that shows a summary of all their activity — emails, notes, checklist completion, and college list progress — in one place. You can filter it by time range (last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, all time) to see recent vs. full history.

Every morning, the system automatically builds a summary for each student — emails, notes, checklist completions, and college list updates. Counselors and Rory can pull this instantly without scanning through everything manually.

For each student, the app can now generate an AI-written summary of the entire email history — key topics discussed, action items, tone of communication, and what still needs follow-up. Saves counselors from re-reading hundreds of emails.

If counselors write session notes in Google Drive, the app can now pull those notes directly into the student's profile. No more copy-pasting — notes live in both places automatically.

Rory is the built-in AI assistant available on every page (bottom-right corner). Ask it anything about a student, deadlines, or best practices — it knows the app and the student data. Counselors can also send screenshots to ask about what they're seeing.

The app connects to the CPC Outlook inbox and automatically links emails to the right student. Counselors no longer need to manually log every email — the system finds and attaches them.

Each student can have a full college list with details on each school: type (Reach/Target/Safety), current application status, and notes. Statuses update with one click as the student progresses.

Every student profile includes a checklist covering the full college application process — from test prep and essays to financial aid and final decisions. Each item can be marked Not Started, In Progress, or Completed. The checklist auto-fills based on whether the student is a freshman or upperclassman.
